My name is Juliette Behrends! I am currently a sophomore at the University of South Carolina, pursuing a major in Visual Communications and minor in business administration. I grew up in Columbia, South Carolina and attended River Bluff High School located in Lexington, SC.

My major has always been visual communications right off the bat as I have always thrived in the creativity realm. I originally started with a minor in art studio, but right before sophomore year I changed it to business administration to continue my love of marketing and advertising. At USC, I am involved in and a member of the professional communications fraternity Zeta Phi Eta. I am a member of the SJMC Journalistic Environmental Fellowship group. In my free time, I participate in intramurals here at USC such as basketball, pickle ball, flag football and beach volleyball! I love surfing, snow and water skiing, biking, guitar, painting and drawing.

I am a highly creative individual with extensive experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and more. I was put into an AP 2d design in high school with no prior experience, and ended up placing best in show at state fair and placed 2nd in state for an auxiliary scholarship all within my first-experience works. I think out of the box and have an intense passion for creating engaging amazing works of art in my free time. I stand out in a crowd of creators and am truly excited to pounce on any task at hand.

I thrive with strategic planning, having a creative mindset, familiarity with the platforms, adaptability, collaboration and tenacity. I always complete and have projects done in a timely manner to prevent feeling rushed and to make sure everything is done at my maximum potential capabilities. I use all of these skills to produce high, visually appealing multimedia content to engage all!
